Sarasota Real Estate Inventory Continues to Decline
The Sarasota Association of Realtors just released the sales statistics for the month of July. The number of units sold was slightly lower than previous months which is typical for this time of year in our area. The other item of note is the inventory of available of properties continues to decline and is now at the lowest level it’s been in the last decade.
