JUST SOLD – 3/2 With a Pool and a Garage – $129,500

This was a great buy with a fantastic pool area!  We closed on this foreclosure in about 5 weeks.  I'm amazed at how inexpensive homes have gotten in our area - the last time this house sold (in 2006) the sale price was $203,000 - and it was LISTED at $230,000!
